Spring in the Midwest is ugly. There are no 2 ways about it. Mud. Rain. More mud. And more rain. And sand. I hate the sand. You would think we were near the beach.
But there are ways to get past it.
This morning when Bryan and I were bringing groceries in, I noticed that the lilac bushes had buds on them.
So beautiful amidst all of the ugly.
