I started with a printable from Journal Your Christmas 2011. I had a copy on my computer and decided to remind myself what I wanted to remember this year.
I tried several things with this page. I didn’t like any of them. I don’t know if it’s because I’m tired or because I really don’t have anything that goes well with this page. At any rate, I decided to leave it the way it is. Maybe I will highlight some of my favorite words with black pen. As I type this I see the word “Nutcracker” and I’m really really excited about seeing the Nutcracker on Sunday, so that will probably be the first word I box in.
The tree is finally partially decorated. While we were decorating, I asked my husband, “Do you want the communicator or the phaser ornament?” William asked, “Is that a normal question to ask when you’re decorating the tree?” Yes. It is in a Star Trek household .
Decorating the tree! William took the photo of Bill and I putting our ornament on the tree. And we had eggnog with Brandy and we almost forgot to put the angel on the top. Bryan didn’t want to help, so I’m hoping that he will put his ornaments up tomorrow night with Elizabeth.
The template is from Ali Edwards (of course ) and is available here.
