A couple of weeks ago, when the weather was gorgeous and the sun was shining…
I wore flip-flops, painted my toe-nails, and took a trip to the antique store.
I love old holiday postcards-and the color of this bowl.
I love these late 60s (and 1970) dress patterns. The woman tried to get me to buy 2 tubs full of them for $5.00, but I don’t know WHAT I would do with all of those!
And I love the photo of this house.
And I love that the house has a name.

Watching as rain turned to snow on Saturday morning!
and Scrapbooking for Elizabeth’s graduation album. Although really, what I have been doing is more like Scrap-Lifting. Thanks to all of the wonderfully talented people out there and all of the fantastic classes that I have taken over the last year-the album is slowly but surely getting finished. I did take a break on Sunday to play some Donkey Kong Country Returns. So fun and frustrating!

I don’t get a lot of photos of William. Mostly because he either gives me a look that could freeze boiling water, or because he is downstairs a lot.
I love that he let me take 3 successive photos of him. And that all 3 turned out.
I think it helped that he knows that he looks really good in the sweatshirt.
Also-he is really smart and uses the algorithms to solve the Rubik’s cube.
And then…there is this one. Isn’t she cute?
I think she is ready and not ready for Prom. Just like I am ready and not ready for graduation. Breathe…

This is what Elizabeth’s Spring Break of Senior Year consisted of. Hanging out with Matt’s bestie Frerick and hanging out with Matt, taking goofy pictures and being adorable together<3
Even though I’ve been through a lot of tough things this year and a lot of things have sucked, it’s also been one of the best years of school I have ever had. I have had so much fun with Matt and his friends and my friends and just doing crazy stuff teenagers do. Spend overs, going to see Matt at work, working with Tara, hanging out with Tara and her family, hanging out with Kassandra, making some new friends, driving around listening to music, going to the park, and just doing everything I can while I still can. This year has been full of so many new experiences for me and it has changed the person I used to be, I’ve become a new me and I really like the way she is turning out. My life is finally starting to make sense and I know that no matter what happens in my future I will make it through because I am a strong, independent woman, and I can do anything I want and turn my life into whatever I want it to be. A great journey awaits me soon and I’m going to make the most out of every step through this that I can because I may not know where it will end, but I promise I’m going to love every moment of it on the way there.

Over the weekend, I worked on Girl number 4. I started this background when class started. And then I didn’t like it, so I just let it sit around.
But the longer it sat around, the more it started to grow on me. Then I got some new Prima stamps and I knew exactly what I wanted to do.
