Picture Summer-Days 24-31

{24:31} Larger than Life (for the week that it took for me to catch the sun at just the right time…and I ended up taking the photo at 8:00 am on Saturday morning because I couldn’t catch the sun at the right height in the evening.

 

{25:31} The Magic Number.  This is what I have been doing lately. 

{26:31} Silhouettes.  One of these days the morning glories are going to wrap up one of my dogs…

{27:31} Get the Giggles.  Love that these two get along so well (most of the time.)

 

{28:31} Barefootin.  My “Teva” tan lines.

{29:31} Spin on Summer.  I love zinnias.

 

{30:31} Endless Summer.  Someday I will be able to get the sunset to look the same through the camera lens as it does in the sky.  There was still some blue in the sky that I really wanted to catch, but I just couldn’t get it to look the same.  It’s still beautiful though. 

{31:31} Decorate for Summer.  The assignment was to make a banner of your photos, but I didn’t want to do that, so I got the idea for this from (I think) the Summer 2010 issue of Artful Blogging where someone used book pages to make a banner. 

I finally finished up Picture Summer this weekend!  Woot!  I have been trying to fit in lots of creative time lately, and I am glad to finally have all of my photos taken! I had a lot of fun with the class and will definitely be using the jumping photo again in the future-that photo turned out so awesome! 

For Picture Spring, I made an 8x8 hardcover book from Shutterfly with all the photos that I took.  But this time, I think I’m just going to get the photos printed and pop them in one of those $2.00 flip albums.  I think I’ve decided that I’m going to take Picture Fall too.  I would like to have a little more time in between classes, but I LOVE Fall, and this really is a GREAT way to celebrate the seasons!  Happy Tuesday!
