This painting covers the heart of what the Adventure Journal is all about. An online notebook to cover all of the adventures and ideas that I come across. I painted this over the weekend. I love the texture that I can get from the dimensional paint when it dries. I used the idea from Kelly Rae Roberts book to collage using a sewing pattern (that forms the base of the painting). Sadly, since I can't really sew, I had to actually purchase the pattern...I hope you like the paintings. Even though most of the ideas were taken from things that I have found online, it takes a lot to post them.
