I have so many favorite photos that I’m not sure if my post will work, but I am going to try!

My husband knows that I always have to take photos of the local flowers when we are visiting. I love bleeding hearts. 

And these are two of my favorites.  Only my husband could pictures of my Dad actually not making a face, but almost…smiling?

So, I hope this posts okay-I had so many fabulous photos of the Easter egg hunt this year, that I just couldn’t bear to skip posting any of them.

Sorry that I’m so lame and that I haven’t been posting on my blog.  I think I have been watching too much tv the last couple of weeks.  I blame you guys for getting me into Big Bang Theory…Elizabeth bought me Season 3 and I never got around to putting together a blog post Sunday night

PROM-2011

 

Wow!  Elizabeth and Matt

We found this ribbon flower at Younker’s on Friday night-it matches the outfit just close enough and looks great in her hair!

Matt looks really nice in the tux too!  It’s hard to tell in this photo, but the tie is light pink. 

 

It was a little chilly outside, and Elizabeth’s heels did start to sink in the yard, but at least it didn’t rain all night.  And it was a perfect overcast sky for taking Prom photos!  No harsh sun and shadows.

The pink nail polish is “Temptress” by Revlon.  And I love this ring that we found that matches perfectly with the dress.

These are my obligatory blurry auditorium photos during the Grand March at Jefferson.  I actually do know how to NOT do this, but my brain was completely void of that information yesterday. 

{I think the combination of Prom and Graduation just one month apart is really pushing me over the edge this year. }

 

 

I am so proud of Elizabeth for wearing what she wanted to wear (an outfit which is sooo totally her style) instead of wearing what most everyone else was wearing.  She looks beautiful and comfortable.  (Except maybe for walking in the shoes   )
